I am a cofounder of the Berkshire Dream Center. I helped to start the ministry by leading Adopt A Block on Cherry Street in 2008.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
Feeling Jesus’ heart as I minister and being His hands and feet gives me the most joy!
What verse has anchored, inspired, or challenged you the most?
My life verse is Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

I love God, my family, my dogs, the beach, coffee and long walks.

I have been with the church since 2009, and on the church leadership since 2010.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
My joy is to welcome all people to a life with Jesus Christ and welcome them into the house of my Lord God.
What verse has anchored, inspired, or challenged you the most?
One of my favorite scriptures is Philippians 4:4: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again rejoice.”
Tell us something fun that helps people get to know the real you.
I am most happy and feel the most joy when in God's house worshiping him. I also love spending time with my family, my church family, and painting.

Give us the brief timeline of your journey at the Berkshire DC Church.
My journey began as a volunteer at the Berkshire Dream Center right after New Years 2020. Serving the community opened my heart to what God's plan and purpose is for me. I began teaching the children in the Kidz Dream Zone and knew I was where God was calling me. Over time I became the Next Generation Director as the children's ministry continued to evolve and grow. Our church went from one classroom to four, where we now have specialized programming on Sundays for Infants through age 18! Everyday I thank God for placing me here. I am truly honored and humbled to lead the children of today toward a bright future tomorrow.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
The part of serving that brings me the most joy is truly knowing and seeing the people we serve for the amazing children of God they are. I love getting to meet and interact with so many members of the community and more than anything, I love the relationships I have built with people over the years. Relationships that started with a smile, a bag of food, a clothing package, a Sunday school lesson. It brings me joy knowing that one small act of love can make a huge impact on someone's life.

Tell us something fun that helps people get to know the real you.
I have been an avid runner since 2001 and still hit the road everyday! I have been in the Health and Wellness field equally as long and it has always been my passion to educate, encourage and support people as they embark on their journey to a healthy mind and body. I also love to read, visit the beach, and bake - another big passion of mine. Ask me about my brownies!

Started with the Berkshire Dream Center in 2011 on cherry Street.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
My Favorite form of serving is street ministry.

Proverbs 8:17: “I love those who love me; and those who diligently seek me will find me.”

Give us the brief timeline of your journey at the Berkshire DC Church.
I first attended BDCC in 2020. That's when I met Pastors Katelynn and Jesse Miner. God called me elsewhere for a few years and in 2024 He brought me back to the BDCC.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
The part of serving that brings me the most joy is the JOY of obedience. In my obedience, I get see the outcome in the people I have the honor of ministering to. I love the JOY that Jesus gives me, which I can show to someone else through obedience to serve wherever He asks/appoints me.
What verse has anchored, inspired, or challenged you the most?
My life verse is John 15:5, which anchors, inspires, and challenges me. "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him, bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing."
Tell us something fun that helps people get to know the real you.
I am a mom of two grown boys and a beautiful daughter-in-law. I have 3 grandsons and a granddaughter. Some of my favorite things are talking to people about how Jesus changes everything! singing, macro photography, and hugging my grandbabies!

I was led by God to join with the Dream Center Church. I was looking for a church that is after His heart. Not a perfect church, but perfect in Jesus. Feeding people spiritually and physically.
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
I enjoy service, speaking, God’s hope and encouragement along with prayer.
What verse has anchored, inspired, or challenged you the most?
To love the Lord with all that is in me, and to love people the same way.

Tell us something fun that helps people get to know the real you.
Fellowshipping with the Brethren is what I enjoy most. This allows me to enjoy the people that God created. This allows me to see his Glory.

Give us the brief timeline of your journey at the Berkshire DC Church.
I was looking for a new Church to attend. My old one closed its campus here, I tried the BDC, and fell in love here. I was greeted by everyone with open arms and was made to feel like I was a friend and loved by all. The messages were very powerful, and eventually I was asked to teach at the Kidz Dream Zone!
What part of serving brings you the most joy?
My joy is watching all the New Generation Kids and youth to continue growing, not only in Faith, but also learning about God our savior and using all of that in life. Serving our community where they are!
ASO SEEING THE FACES OF our Community light up through all of the Programs that BDC offers.
What verse has anchored, inspired, or challenged you the most?
John 14:6: "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"
